They develop ideas for action and discuss the possibilities for implementing them as well as possible hinderances to doing so.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/4″][vc_single_image image=”21693″ img_size=”full” qode_css_animation=”” el_class=”imgOdd”][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n In a role-play, participants discuss the idea of migrant quotas for member states and discover how tough the negotiation process can be.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=”” row_type=”row” use_row_as_full_screen_section=”no” type=”grid” angled_section=”no” text_align=”left” background_image_as_pattern=”without_pattern” el_class=”gradientBottom” z_index=””][vc_column][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n In Germany, we currently offer the EU Crash Course in Bavaria, Berlin, Brandenburg, Hamburg, North Rhine-Westphalia and Saxony. Young, specially-qualified peer trainers go in pairs to schools and conduct the courses for students from the tenth grade onwards. The four-hour courses are designed for a maximum of 25 participants. \n<\/span>This four-hour EU Crash Course examines basic issues around European history, institutions and current debates. Each course begins with an ice-breaker game, an interactive introduction into the topic areas and a question round for the students to ask about current European politics.
