<\/p>\n

Criticism of racism means the comprehensive examination of social structures and individual behaviors that are mediated by racisms and that amplify racism. Particularly in the field of education, dealing with racism-critical work is necessary because racist-relevant negotiation processes also exist and are reproduced there. Racism-critical education aims to integrate racism critique as a professional competence for teachers, peers and multipliers in their professional qualification. Pupils should thereby develop skills to recognize misanthropic positions and facts and to be able to position themselves against them. The question: “What has racism to do with me?” serves as a guide to reflection and as a basis for obtaining a racism-sensitive attitude.<\/div>\n
